Sales Policy

Freight Policy:

For shipping within continental United States:

- Free Freight for any shipment over $400.00
- Full shipping charges will be charged accordingly with any shipments under $400.00.
- In addition to freight charges, a service charge will be applied to all shipments under $200.00
- All shipments are shipped FedEx ground service.
- For COD shipments, COD charges will be added on the invoice accordingly

New Vendors:

Acceptance and establishment of a new account is at the discretion of Dragon Models USA Management.

Terms & Payments:

All invoices must be paid by Credit Card, Cashiers Check, COD or Prepayment arrangements
All credit card payment transactions will be processed on the invoice date.

Returned Checks:

A service charge of $25.00 will be charged

Shortages:

Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Damaged or Missing Cartons:

Goods damaged in transit or missing cartons, must be claimed through the courier company, by the customer.

Backorders:

No backorders will be processed unless arrangements are made between you and your account representative

Return Policy:

Dragon Models USA, Inc. will accept returns only if the following conditions are followed:

1. Authorization number is obtained from your account representative.
2. Goods to be returned must be defective.
3. Invoice number, date and reason for return must appear on all items.
4. Goods shipped in error or shipped after cancellation date, wrong items.
5. Claim must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase from us,
6. All returned merchandise must be freight prepaid and authorization number must be clearly marked on all packages.
7. All returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Dragon Models USA, Inc. will replace all returned merchandise that have either part(s) missing or is defective. A credit note will be issued only when damaged items are not available for replacement.

Dragon Models USA, Inc. will not accept returns on the following conditions:

1. Customer over ordered on item(s) or made a mistake
2. Shop worn merchandise or damaged packages due to shop abuse

If part(s) are missing at the time of purchase by your customer, we encourage you to replace the missing part to them and we will replace the missing part to you at no charge. Please supply us the product number and detail part(s) description. If we do not have specific part in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer and ship it to you as soon as possible.
